training supervision

Social Work Training Supervision is a component in the process of earning your LISW in Ohio. Once you have graduated with your MSW or MSSA, and hold LSW licensure in Ohio, you are eligible to start working toward independent licensure. Not everyone has access to Training Supervision from their employer. We want to make this resource accessible and affordable. Clear Space offers individual and group options and is 100% remote.

Training Supervision aims to provide development of clinical skills and competencies, strength of ethical implementation of services, and professional growth and evolution. Continued improvement and assessment of insight and self-awareness support each of these priorities. It is also essential to ensure utilization of good self-care practices for stability, both personally and professionally, as well as to model wellness for clients. The supervisory relationship provides the foundation of a successful, fulfilling Supervision experience. Such an environment presents the opportunity to ensure achievement of professional goals and exploration of interests to maintain motivation and passion in practice.
